10. Maintain Block and Allow list for the incoming messages;
11. Monitor Microsoft Thread analytics and steadily deploy recommended actions;
12. Monitor Office 365 sign-in attempts and adjust access policies if necessary;
13. Monitor network equipment (Firewall, Switch, Access Points) health and performance;
14. Keep network equipment firmware up to date;
15. Maintain software licensing to ensure all subscriptions are active and no excessive licenses exist.
16. Maintain equipment warranty term and advice on upcoming expiry;
17. Maintain accurate user and computer lists. (Set up new users and off-board departed employees).
